For bookings of 6 or more guests, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking + a cleaning fee of $10/ pers will be added. For group of 4 or more guests, you can contact us first to confirm the allocation of the rooms which fit together before making reservation. A full non-refundable prepayment is required for bookings over bank holiday weekends and with large festivals in town such as One Love, Bay Dreams and Jazz Festival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
