Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 16 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa by using our e-Concierge App. The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM WILL BE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. If you validate your parking ticket at the Front Desk before exiting with your car, you’ll get a 10% discount. Bikes: the hotel provides a free place to store your bike as it is forbidden to bring your bike to your room.
