Nice experience at this hostel.

Located two blocks from the main square, the access is a bit steep, and I was short of breath when climbing the first day, but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful, has soundproof windows, and is a large old house, so the rooms are also spacious, with lovely views of the city and a beautiful atmosphere. The dining room has a large window, and the breakfast buffet is satisfying and very varied (coffee, chocolate, milk, infusions, coca tea, fruit juice, fresh fruits, cereals, honey, yogurts, guacamole, cheese, ham, olives, cherry tomatoes, donuts, brownies, pancakes with maple syrup, breads like chapla, among others) very delicious; they have mates and hot water available 24 hours for drinking. It has Wi-Fi, hot water, a heater, a hairdryer, and they provide an iron if you need it. It also has laundry service for a fee. Everything is very clean and cozy, the bedding, cable with some channels in English (for my foreign boyfriend). I loved my stay there, and the staff is very helpful and friendly; I would definitely stay there again.

A good cost-benefit

A hotel with very kind service. The room we stayed was 2 floors below the level of the entrance, but that was not a problem. It smelled a little mud, I don't know if by the time of year. But as the days passed, the smell vanished.
The shower took a while to heat the water, but it worked after about 5 minutes.
The breakfast was very good! There were fried eggs at the hour and tea of cocoa and muña of courtesy 24 hours.

A very beautiful and comfy stay in Cusco

We stayed for 4 nights in a panoramic room. The views were stunning and everything was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and courteous, breakfast was excellent (bags to go on mornings we had to leave early), very good hot water pressure in the shower and heaters in the room. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Highly recommended

We only stayed here one night and I wish we could have stayed longer!! A really unique hotel with beautiful views. We had the family suite which was 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, a pseudo balcony, and a spacious bathroom. There was no refrigerator in the room however.
To get to the room, you had to walk up and down stairs through a bit of a maze, but it made it charming. It would be a difficult place to stay with accessibility issues, so I would make sure to request a room close to the front if you cannot handle many stairs.
It’s on a quiet street, less than 5 minutes downhill to the plaza de armas. There is a bar/club outdoors directly across the street which was convenient as well.
The staff was kind and helpful as well. Overall I was very happy with this hotel choice!

The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. The hotel feels like an old English castle, made of so much stone.
