Bug-infested hotel

The rooms are very dirty, scary, and small.
We found insects in our room and in our food.
The older woman at reception and the waiter are very rude and make fun of you.
I didn't like anything; there's no elevator to the 5th floor, and you have to carry your suitcases up to the rooftop.

Hi, we're the same old exhausted traveller group. We stayed at this hotel two nights. we were a group of 38 adults. Given that the structure is located in the center of the town, brand new, clean, and these are the only advantages, for the rest there would be much to discuss. First of all you do not accept a group of 38 people if you do not have enough rooms, a couple we had to accommodate in another nearby hotel because they had given him a room measuring 3 meters by 2.5 about. impossible to move even to access the bathroom. A single one was placed in some sort of storage room. The reception does not measure more than 3x2, you had to wait outside to get the room key. A beautiful shower but lacks doors, so the water at the end of the shower came to the front door!! no Italian TV channel. A single elevator that can barely hold two people and a suitcase Do we want to talk about breakfast? If you only have a group of Italians, why do you propose a classic breakfast for English and / or Germans for two days? sausages, cucumbers, olives, eggs and so on, in short, nothing to do with the classic Italian breakfast.

Okay, downtown.

Hotel with few rooms looks clean and decorated in light tones. Half the bathroom screen was missing and in the shower there was no phone that I consider most comfortable. The acond air works fine. Breakfast too simple, very basic, There was the beer party very close with music late so it was hard to sleep it
