Upon check-out, any outstanding balance owed will be confirmed and debited to the card provided. If the balance is zero the full amount will release back to your account within the next 5–7 working days from your financial institution. Please note that pets can only be accommodated in the Ultimo Courtyard Rooms. Covid-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 years and older. No entry to the hotel unless you can provide proof of full vaccination or a medical exemption Please note that renovation and maintenance work of the lifts will be carried out from January 14th, 2025 until further notice. During this period, lifts will be unavailable.
