Wonderful Hotel, very relaxing

We stay for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The service was absolutely fantastic!
Also, arriving with an electric vehicle was no problem at all.
The spa war so very clean and not crowded at all. Even though we were there on the weekend, we were mostly alone in the sauna or whirlpool and were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain atmosphere to the fullest

Eye powder

Very disappointed by my stay at Hotel Post. I chose it to celebrate my birthday, after a glowing article in a recognized magazine. I even booked an extra night to attend a dinner with the chef — an experience advertised as bilingual. But to my surprise, everything took place only in German, without translation, making the event totally inaccessible to non-German speakers.
I also made it clear on several occasions that I was intolerant of certain foods: this was never taken into account, and I was sick two nights in a row. That’s why I shortened my stay.
Non-soundproofed rooms (water pipes etc) — fabric shower curtain (hygiene!).
The spa is well decorated, pristine whiteness but treatments remain expensive.
Despite documentation in English, the staff hardly speak it, which makes the exchanges complicated. And it’s impossible to attend the workshops offered, all in German.
Very disappointed with this hotel. I regret my choice.

More expected

We were greeted warmly and got a nice, large room. The price is for what is offered is very high for me. In other words, I expected more. There is a charging station for electric vehicles.
It is also all very clean and they look at the environment.
Unfortunately, on the first night they had no more room at your restaurant. On the second night we got space. Unfortunately, there is no “a la carte”. The food was good (54 euros for three courses).
The sauna area is pleasant (unfortunately I didn't see a cold water pool), was certainly because I didn't have glasses with me. When I go back, I will try the offer with YOGA.

Not worth the price anymore

An ageing hotel where you can see from everything that nothing is invested anymore. On all corners you can unfortunately see that the ravages of time have left their mark on the hotel. It's not worth the price you charge.
Too bad...

A great place to feel good.

Excellent stay; everything was provided for, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is unpretentious, modern and very well-equipped, while not luxurious or particularly charming. It has abundant facilities and activities. Worth the trip. The bus system in the region is reliable, and from Bezau one can easily explore.
