I really found the services excellent, very helpful, kind and friendly.
The room was clean and even the housekeeping people were friendly.
The only negative experience I had, was the toilet is too low.
It's like it is better suited for a kids toilet and hard to get back up off. I think it's an old style toilet?
But other than that, it was awesome!

Our room was on the first floor outside the pool. We paid a little more for a jucuzzi tub and king bed. The room was nice and the bed comfy. My only complaint is that it was noisy. The room was right outside the pool so we had a lot of pool noise. Also we could hear footsteps, showers, etc in the room above us and they stayed up late and got up early. Not well insulated. If you are looking for quiet I’d suggest the 2nd floor away from the pool.

Staff were very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very nice and clean . Would stay there again .

Overall for the price didn’t expect much other than just being clean and safe around. This hotel is aging and you see it. In general staff are helpful and you can see the hotel is being maintained but overall it is a stopover type of hotel that you find gas station and various restaurants around walking distance (like 2mins ). If it is for longer stay especially those who like to chill in the hotel room this is not for you.

A convenient stopping point in Kamloops. The room was clean and tidy with a bathtub actually in the room! The interior is a little dated with the sink outside the bathroom. The staff were very helpful with dealing with an issue with noise in the room from either electrical machinery or the nearby ice machine. The breakfast was continental style and the breakfast room was very crowded at 8am. Be aware that there is no elevator in the property. There are amenities close by with a gas station across the road and a supermarket nearby.
