outdoor pool never feels like outdoor

thank you to the hotel staff they were all very accommodating,the room is clean we had so much fun with the outdoor pool coz some part of it were shaded thats why we enjoyed swimming and ask for late check out, as asean it was also nice that there are choices of restaurant to eat,we ordered food also in the pool and it was great and affordable

Professor Ahmed Al-Maghribi is a true gentleman, and I swear he was incredibly generous and hospitable. This is my second, third, and fourth time here, and I'll definitely be back. Amazing staff especially Issa

The hotel was very good, what made the experience exceptional was the staff in general and Issa the operation manager in particular. Issa was very supportive, helpful and welcoming.
He was an amazing host and genuinely he cared. I had a late flight and he was kind to support in my check-out as much as he could to make my stay as comfy as possible.

The hotel is elegant and its corridors make you feel comfortable and cheerful.

The hotel is excellent in every way. It is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful, especially the manager, whose name I won't mention. He is of Arab nationality and helped me when the name was wrong on the booking website... The oriental breakfast was delicious and very clean, the rooms were clean and cheerful in color, the bathrooms were luxurious and elegant, the indoor pool was wonderful and had a lovely jacuzzi next to it, and the gym was also excellent... The outdoor pool was also good.
