Fantastic choice for Pucon

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. Friendly staff, with good communication before and during my stay. The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. I liked the technology of the front door. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Pucon.

Sin. It could have been a great stay...

Nothing to complain about cleanliness.
What is unacceptable is that rooms of completely different levels are sold at the same price. We were two couples; my brother and his wife were assigned a room (number 4) corresponding to the reservation, while my wife and I were assigned a microscopic room (number 1), less than 10 m2 in size, without a wardrobe, without not even a chair and no heating in the bathroom. It was so cold that we gave up on showering. With the bags placed on the ground there was barely room to move.
Too bad we paid the same price for both rooms!
When I pointed out the problem they tried to apologize by saying that the room was on offer: it's a shame that my brother's room was also on offer and in any case, buying something on offer does not mean getting something shoddy and not corresponding to what was offered in exchange. .
In the end they offered me a discount on my next stay, knowing full well that I will hardly return to Chile.
Very friendly staff even though they only speak Spanish. In a tourist facility you expect some English to be spoken.
Furthermore, there is no telephone and the boy on duty at night had no credit on his cell phone. We had an emergency and to call a taxi to the hospital we had to use our phone (luckily we had bought a Chilean card). Unacceptable!

Hostal Müller, a friendly stay in Pucón

We staid 4 nights in this friendly hostal, which is conveniently located close to the busstation and also close to the center of Pucón.
Felix and Walter were nice hosts, who gave us good tips on what to do during our stay. The room was small, but with a good bed and a private bathroom with a good shower. They serve a nice breakfast, with cheese, homemade marmelades and cake.
We would definitely go there again.

Wonderful apartment!

We spent 3 nights here and couldn't have been happier! We luckily ended up in the upstairs apartment,it included a full kitchen and was a lovely,quiet, sunny, and roomy retreat. The owner, Walter, was very kind and accommodating! We left very early on our last morning, and breakfast was laid out for us and waiting. Highly recommended! Ask for the upstairs apartment, you will love it!

A wonderful stay with a warm and kind couple!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay with Walter and his wife. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Also, they assisted with planning our adventures in Pucón. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfast was above average. One of the best stays of our time in Chile!!
Una experiencia muy buena con Walter y su esposa. Ellos son muy amables y servicial. La habitación fue muy cómodo , limpio, con mucho espacio. Desayuno fue muy rico y grande. Una experiencia superbuena !
