Very satisfied with everything. We love the room so much. We so happy dealing with the receiptionist, the cleaning staff and the guard. They are so friendly eventhough we use different language to commucate. Great location with complete inroom facilities.
We able to sea the river and the Harbin Ice & Snow World🥰
We are looking foward for our next stay🥰

The location is very good, close to river. The services from the staff all are excellent, they are helpful and friendly. it is recommended to stay when you are traveling to Harbin city.

非常感谢您的光临，因为您当天到店的时间为凌晨3点半，送你的司机师傅给您拉的位置不对就让您下车了，因为您是外国人也没有给我们打电话沟通，所以造成了很多困扰，十分抱歉，因为我们是酒店式公寓，每个房间装修都不一样，每个朝向也都不一样，因为您是最后到店的，没有办法选择了，给您造成不便敬请谅解，祝您生活愉快

Zunächst mal zu den Punkten, die mir gut gefallen haben:
Die Dame für den Check in ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man kommt mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone und in ca 15 min zur Schnee/Eiswelt.
Insgesamt muss ich jedoch sagen, dass ich dort nicht mehr übernachten würde.
Es war nicht sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist in einer Wohneinheit. Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr hochwertig und fällt teilweise schon auseinander. In den Zimmern wurde geraucht. Teilweise kommt auch über die Lüftungen nachts der Geruch von Rauch in die Zimmer.
An den Zimmertüren hingen Zahlungsaufforderungen für die Nebenkosten aus 2024.
Insgesamt ist es wohl eher ein Stunden-Hotel als wirklich auf Toursimus ausgelegt.
