Wonderful watershed.

Both Esperanza and Miguel, gave us a very friendly and familiar treatment. The apartment is very well conditioned with its heating in all rooms and with its adjustable temperature.
It has a luxurious parking lot that allows all things to enter from the vehicle to the apartment without stepping on the street. Ideal to rest, as it is a very quiet area and close to both the historic center or the new part of Cuenca.
We have enjoyed many wonderful days, both my wife and I and visited many corners of Cuenca and its surroundings.

Nice apartment, wonderful hostess

This is a lovely apartment, with plenty of space for four people. We had two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room.
It's got a great location in the center of Cuenca. Street parking was available for free.
Esperanza took good care of us and explained everything in detail upon arrival.
Everything is clean and in working order. It's clear that this is not just a gig for her, but a labor of love. The only thing missing was a drying rack, which prevented us from doing laundry.
In summary, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Excelente.

Apartamentos muy bien cuidados y con todo el equipamiento necesario. Ubicados en un punto inmejorable, cerca de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Parking en el propio edificio. Esperanza nos informó de todo a nuestra llegada y fué muy amable.

Muy acogedor, como en casa

El apartamento precioso, las camas peefectas, los baños fenomenales, no nos falto de nada, y las personas que lo regentan excepcionales, son un encanto, nos lo facilitaron todo, repetire seguro, me senti como en mi casa.
