Unexpected breaks in Haute-Savoie

Kindness, discretion, knowledge of activities and the region; you kill the ingredients expected for a successful accommodation. We felt like we had an army of staff when only the hotel owner occupied all her positions with flying colors. This stay was an unexpected break.
Recommendations +++ .

What a gem!!

Great hotel! Couldn’t fault it at all!
Firstly the owner stayed up to greet us after our transfer was late, the room was well equipped and very clean and warm (too warm really…!).
The bathrooms had been recently refitted, it seemed l, and were nice and modern. The rest of the room was typical Alpine style and very cute.
Shuttle (number 3 line) to the Linga ski lift goes every 15 mins and is just outside the hotel.
We didn’t have breakfast there so I don’t know about the food but it looked great.
1km walk to a great restaurant called Renard. Check that out if you go!
Highly recommend this great hotel!

Comfortable alpine chalet, rooms with kitchenette

We had a spacious corner room with a kitchenette and nice views out of windows on 2 sides. The bed was very comfortable indeed. The choice at breakfast was wide and the manageress was very helpful. It was served in a very Savoyard-style room. The hotel doesn’t serve evening meals, but the hotel just up-valley a couple of hundred metres does very nice meals.

Excellent value

We stayed there last February. We had two family rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the service and friendliness of the staff and owner were excellent. We felt very welcome. The bathroom we had at the time was a bit rundown and dark. But aside from that our stay was excellent and everything worked. We only needed the place to sleep, wash and have breakfast. It was comfy and cozy.

Wonderful

I stayed here for half term ski break with 2 teenage girls. We had plenty of room in our room and the breakfast was delicious. This chalet B&B is brilliant value for money and the owner is really helpful and friendly. You have options to ski in Chatel or the whole if the portes du soleil. There's a nearby ski bus stop but we had our own car, there's outside parking. I would definitely return to this cozy hotel.
