Great place to stay with family

Loved the interior layout of the Presidential suite. Location was great along the River Saine, exceprofessional service and kids' play area, and breakfast was superb with lots items. Overall atmosphere and value were excellent for staying with family.

Nice Hotel, Good sized Room, Decent Location

Stayed at the Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy for a week in August. Good sized rooms for Europe, but I would suggest getting two rooms if travelling as a family with older teen-aged kids or young adults.
It is a very welcoming hotel and great for families. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms were a great size and clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Had security 24/7 so felt like the hotel was a safe space during out stay.
The Metro is a bout a 5-6 minute walk from the front door. It Paris easily accessible from the hotel with usually one transfer and 20-25 minutes to get to any of the major tourist attractions. Ubers and taxis were always around the corner as well.
The breakfast buffet was decent enough, although not out of this world. It is a very typical European breakfast buffet but does have an omelette station as an extra. It was decent enough to start each day.
With the Bercy Village a few steps away, snacks, drinks and food options are available with ease. Other then for breakfast, we did eat at the hotel once, but found the food was not worth what we paid. Walked over to the Village for food every other chance we got.
Enjoyed evening drinks just outside of the lobby and staff were more then considerate when drinking our own bottle of wine or beer.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for families. If looking to be in the thick of the touristy areas, this hotel might not be for you, but everything is accessible from there and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay for me and my crew while being in Paris for fashion week shows.
Staff was great especially the valet crew!
Would definitely stay there again.

Good value for money

Very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean, clean bath towels and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The buffet breakfast was good, plenty of options. The hotel staff are friendly and also professional. There’s a little promenade a little way down and they have plenty of restaurants for dinner.
It’s a little out of the centre of Paris but Paris is so big! We came with our son and the pool is his favourite!!!
