Excellent value for money.

Treated, clean room and bathroom, with fridge and kitchenette, with nice views, polite and helpful staff, I highly recommend it. Five minutes from a very beautiful and quiet beach. Parking, big pool in the particular area.

Highly recommended

We stayed here for 10 nights. Cleanliness, courtesy. A small oasis of peace, common terrace equipped with table , swing. Balcony or private sea view, Finelli to prepare breakfasts and something for dinner. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended

Enchanting stay

This cheap accommodation is very clean and very pleasant. The studios are very quiet, with a beautiful balcony decorated with bougainvillea. The lady who lives on the ground floor does not speak any English, so contact is limited, but she is very cheerful and her daughters are available on the phone and very helpful. Following a sailors' strike in Piraeus, we arrived at PISO LIVADI at 3:30 a.m., and we were guided at night by telephone by one of the owner's daughters. She even offered to book a taxi from the port given the late hour. In summary, a very professional welcome, charming room staff and a very beautiful village with a beautiful beach, a beautiful port and excellent restaurants, without forgetting the sunsets with a beautiful chapel. We will return without hesitation.

Excellent rooms but little in way of Greek hospitality

Bright, new , thoughtfully well-equipped studios. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
But communications is very difficult. Their wesite and email don't work. They seem to rely only on booking.com for business. The lady on site does not speak English so there’s no one to give information about the town/island or local recommendations. I managed to ask the staff how long the bus trip took to Parika. They gave me the wrong info (or they/I misunderstood) and I missed my ferry. The lack of welcome (so fantastic in most of Greece) changes the whole experience.
Expect just a clean room at a good price and you won't be disappointed. Be warned he shutter/curtains do not block the morning sun, so bring an eye mask if light bothers you, and the studios are up quite a steep hill from the port (not so easy with suitcase).
Look for the secret cove behind the church for magical morning swims. Amazing!!

A fulfilling holiday stay!

We stayed at Anna's Studio with our two little kids at the beginning of July. We were greeted by Ms Anna herself. She was kind and helpful to provide us with information about interesting and off the beaten track spots on the island. Just follow her tips.
The place is being cleaned every day and towels are changed every two days.
What is really impressing apart from its quiet location with a nice view is the roof area that can be used by all guests! It's traditionally decorated and all the crockery and cutlery are provided.(The same applies for the kitchen area in the rooms) .
