Beautiful home away from home. The lady is the sweetest! Room is so spacious and I had an outdoor space by myself. She provided me with a sunbed and she changed the ac in my room for a brand new. This is my second stay in short time. Short way from both airport abd port.

terrible!

We arrived in the late afternoon, and as soon as we got to our room, we immediately realized it was in terrible condition. There is a difference between a basic room and one that is unclean—worse than a hostel. As you can see from the attached photos, there was hair and dust on the floor, tissues under the beds, hair in the shower and on the shower seat, used cotton swabs left in the bathroom cabinet, and a makeshift kitchenette in a wretched state; the sanitary conditions were truly appalling. The bedsheets didn't even look washed, and the towels were dirty too. That evening, my husband started looking for another hotel, and the next morning, we checked out immediately and moved to the new one. The management at Mimoza didn't even bother—I don't know—to make a call or find out where their guests had gone; this speaks volumes about the complete lack of hospitality at this establishment. If they were honest people, they would refund what we paid for a stay we didn't even end up using, but of course, they won't. Whatever you do, do not go there.

This is not what I thought.

The room looks like it does in the photo on the website. The shower curtain in the bathroom was folded in the sink. There were no hooks to hang it up. There was mold on the ceiling. There was toothpaste in the sink. The edge of the kitchenette counter was dirty. You can hear the neighbors. You can see the sea in the distance. It is impossible to get a room with a sea view. Except for when we arrived, there is never anyone at the front desk.

The room was great, but we did spend a little time logging in. Other guests had to help us. Our plane was late so this did not help.
