My wife and I had a very good stay at Rupal Residency for 2 nights. The staff were polite and helpful. Their travel desk was also super helpful.

Never buy any packages and services / tours from them unless you want to be fleeced!!

Unfortunately, our overall experience was negative and we felt cheated because of how the desert safari package was sold to us. The staff clearly promised a five star desert safari and charged us accordingly, but after payment we were taken to a three star camp instead. This was never explained during the selling process, and only later we were told that the voucher mentioned a three star property.
On top of this, the desert safari was priced at more than 100 percent markup compared to market rates. This felt misleading and left a very bad taste. While the hotel was okay, the misrepresentation and overpricing mean we would not recommend booking packages through this property.

The breakfast was nicer than buffet display, included made to order eggs, dosas and paratha. The folk music and dancers were lively. Excellent view on rooftop. Comfortable rooms. The dinner dishes the tandoori dishes were good, curries were average.

the hotel offers a very serene atmosphere, complemented by immaculate staff who are always at your service. Although there is only one dining restaurant, it is more than sufficient. The room is spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel.

Hotels in Jaisalmer, France

Located 2 steps from the city center and close to the Fort, a bazaar is nearby, as is a wine shop.
As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted with dignity like kings, with the presentation to each of us of a pretty necklace in bloom – roses of India – of course. Then it will be a very cold drink.
The hotel is modern and we have a large room, very well equipped. The dining room, like the swimming pool, is on the rooftop facing the Fort.
The swimming pool is very beautiful and overlooks the city, with sun loungers and four-poster beds, for shelter from the sun; a room allows you to change.
Breakfast is served buffet style with Indian dishes and some continental dishes.
The dinner offers continental dishes and a wide range of beers; musicians are present to liven up the evening.
Two fine initiatives to report:
- a "Tea time" is accessible daily and free of charge to the rooftop with drinks and cookies,
– at the beginning, door buttons were given to us as souvenirs.
