Great place , central to everything. Ruggerio was more than helpful nothing was to much trouble. Great breakfast and easy walk from the station. Barletta is gorgeous

Stayed here for 5 days. Good location, the apartment was very basic and it didn’t have much kitchen equipment so it was a challenge to cook. My advice for the host is to purchase a bit more to make the accommodation more suitable. Also it could be cleaner. But of corse, with a limited budget it was ok.

Apartment with terrace - Can be improved

Very convenient apartment for downtown location with all kinds of shops and beach nearby. Excellent terrace where in the evening you can find refreshment! Given the central and busy location you have to consider the noise until late in the evening and the scarce parking and often available only for a fee, as well as the fact that this is a non-modern building the access staircase and the internal one are steep and the mezzanine floor is very warm. Unfortunately we noticed deficiencies in the Accommodation that could be easily remedied to make the stay more comfortable: washing machine, iron and sofa were unusable, in the bathroom were missing, in addition to the bidet for reasons of space, some amenities such as rags for the floor, a shelf for personal effects, the shower, and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The room smelled damp. We didn’t have bathroom towels for 3 days and we had to sent many times messages to the host to bring us.

Quaint but not again

The apartment has its own kitchen however there are issues here
There are 2 locations so difficult to assess which location is being reviewed as they are different
the unit we had was the ground floor kitchen with the basement bedroom
The unit was not very well cleaned and the traffic noise in the bedroom from the street was significant
This property is not suitable for a person with any degree of mobility issues
On the last morning there was no hot water this was raised with the owner after we left and we were told we were wrong I can assure you we were not
The kitchen equipment is inadequate and not acceptable
Chipped plates
Chipped cups
Handles that fall off saucepans making it dangerous when using hot water
Overall one might say quirky and quaint but would I stay again NO
