All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived.

Dishonesty in the pool area

Have been a frequent client at the pool and restaurant. Left my towel one evening because we left in a hurry and they were closing the pool area.
Got home and called them to keep the towel for me and they confirmed they have it and that it's safe.Went to pick after 5 days and it's been cat and mouse game with the pool staff,even after one of them admitting Sam had it and was seen folding it.
Timothy, Sophia and another guy from the reception have been taking me in circles. What a way to treat a client.

Resort climate

Nice place in Nairobi . Rooms were clean. Hot water is iffy. But there is hot water good shower. The food is basic Kenyan food. Rice with a stew. Fruit. Almost no variety. Soup is excellent and there is variety in soup flavors. Julius the bell man is great. He looks frail and elderly, but he can manage bags. Mosquito edging g is better on full beds than single. Lots of stairs. If you have mobility issues try to stay on first lower level. Felt very safe.

Perfect for those who are looking for a calm place to spend the night

I stayed at the resort for three nights, overall I had a very good experience, the staff was very helpful, the food was excellent, and the facilities were exactly what I needed after a long day in Nairobi, especially the pool (there are not many places with such nice swimming facilities in Nairobi). The only thing I can think of as a negative was that there was quite a bit of noise coming from the training center early in the morning.
