Not worth the money

The Hotel was ideally situated, close to a market and a few minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and a supermarket, but that was the only positive. The check-in procedure took approximately 45 minutes, the longest I have ever had to wait in all my years of travelling. The rooms were not very clean, nor were they soundproof. Guests smoked in the lift, lobby, dining room, and bedrooms, and the smell was foul, to say the least. The staff were not very helpful as we had to ask for a drain to be unblocked, aircon to stop blowing out hot-air all the time, toilet paper, and clean towels. The rooms were not cleaned, and when we asked why not, we were told that we had to hang the "clean room" sign outside the door. No one mentioned this to us as we checked in, and then we discovered that the cleaning staff would remove those signs from the room so as not to have to clean the rooms. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very poor and slow internet connection. No electricity during 3-6am. Little water for toilet flush.

Not a ideal choice, especially in Hamra, but OK. Hotel facilities are weak, no complimentary things, even water. Breakfast is low-rated. No sound-proof rooms. Location is great.
