We loved our stay at movenpick, the staff is fantastic and so are the rooms. Everything is extremely clean and everyone is so helpful. The cappuccino on the terrace is one of the best I’ve ever had, staff is so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend staying here.

I would like to extend my highest compliments and sincere appreciation to Rana at the Front Desk, whose warmth, professionalism, and dedication made a lasting impression. Rana sets the standard for what an exceptional hotel representative looks like. Every guest interaction with her feels effortless and cared for.
I would also like to recognize Pia and Wassim at the restaurant for their exceptional service, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. They consistently went above and beyond to make every dining experience enjoyable and welcoming.

Bad
I left the gym because the gym staff and pool supervisors are constantly trying to flirt with guests. And they keep bothering them.Even some managers do the same thing.Even some managers do the same thing and one of them tried to ask me out.

A remarkable stay, carried by a sincerely rare sense of service and attention
This was my second stay at Mövenpick Beirut – and I know exactly why I came back.
Beyond the setting, location and comfort of the facilities, it is above all the human quality and collective dynamics that make all the difference here. There is a very beautiful energy in this hotel, perceptible from the moment of arrival, and constant throughout the stay.
The welcome is professional, warm, sincere, with a real ability to personalize the experience and make each guest feel that they are expected and recognized.
I would like to express a special thanks to Mr. Chadi Gédéon, Director General, for the spirit instilled in his teams and the culture of service that we feel at all times. Thanks also to Cynthia and Serena at the reception, always attentive and elegant in their approach; Nadim, absolutely exceptional at the restaurant; Samer, Housekeeping Manager, whose human qualities are as remarkable as his professionalism; and finally a big bravo also to Mohammad and Ahmad, Housekeeping supervisors, for their efficiency and their sense of detail, which contribute very concretely to the comfort of the stay.
Of course, congratulations to all the teams: everyone participates in making Mövenpick Beirut an address where hospitality is not a concept, but a reality lived.
A house in which I will gladly return - and which I recommend without any reservations.
