dont go here if you enjoy sleeping. the beds are horrible, could relate it to sleeping on a brick.

Our doubleroom was not big, but clean. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Qualified and friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood.

Unprofessional handling of a confirmed and paid reservation

The hotel was fully paid and the reservation confirmed, yet upon our guests’ arrival the staff did not recognize the booking and started asking for payment again. Shortly after, it became clear that the hotel was overbooked and could not provide a room at all.
Our important guests were sent to another hotel at the last minute, without any apology, compensation, or discount, only being informed that the payment would be refunded.
This is not an acceptable way to handle confirmed reservations, especially when hosting important guests. A refund alone does not compensate for the stress, inconvenience, and reputational damage caused.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability and professional service.
