Very, very happy

Or what to say....the hotel is very well located, very clean, with modern facilities....also has a group of very sweet and educated workers, always ready to help....we had a situation in our room and the competent and intelligent Gisela, the manager, solved it very quickly and empathetically. I recommend Inka Lam to everyone.

They must improve care

They demand early cancellation, there is no cable, no heating, TV without remote control, they do not give you the wifi key you have to ask for it, the rooms do not have ventilation , the good breakfast buffet, it is not so close to the square of arms, are several large blocks.

Recommended, rooms and comfortable location. Delicious breakfast.

Very well located hotel, rooms that have everything you need for the traveler, very comfortable beds, blankets and down warmers, complimentary hot drinks, luggage hold at check out, among others. Check out is somewhat early but is compensated by the delicious buffet breakfast and the warmth of the two people who serve breakfast, 100 points for them.

COBRAM TAX OF 18% FOR STRANGERS (ILEGAL)

The only accommodation that charged 18% more than the fee that should only be charged to Peruvians. It was not appropriate to show the necessary documentation for exemption, debate or threaten to make complaints. They claim that the booking requires the collection. Then consider that they will charge you even in violation of a Peruvian supreme decree and check if it is worth paying almost 20% more to stay there.
In addition, the room windows are facing the inner hallway so the light from the hallway and the noise of passing people can interfere with your sleep.
Breakfast is ok, but does not deliver anything too much.

Well located

The hotel is very good location, it is the best it has. We have spent five nights there and on three occasions I had to go to order towels. Our room, moreover, had no window to the outside but overlooked a corridor with other rooms. This has been annoying for several reasons: you can’t vent, you know, even if it’s sunny or rainy, every time someone passed by a light came on that filtered through the curtain.
While at reception, one customer complained that there were hairs on her bed; another that she had no hot water; and another was given the key to a room that was already occupied.
We had the dining room right above us, so we had noises from tables and chairs from 5 in the morning, when breakfast starts to be served. Breakfast, by the way, unvaried and not very appetizing.
True, it is very cheap, but if we had known, we might have preferred to pay a little more.
