As family of 5 we would definitely recommend

We were very happy with overall experience- room was spacious and clean. Very nice wellness area with small pool and jacuzzi. Also food was nice in the restaurant and service was good.
Only thing that we could complain about is game zone for kids- with PS that didn’t worked also we expected to find at least bottle of water in the room. But it didn’t ruin our experience- it’s just something to work on to improve.

Not as luxury as you would expect for the price

Stayed only for 1 night at the cheaper room (without lake-view) at the end of the summer period. The hotel has 4 stars and is situated on a very nice place but - no ambient light or desk-lamp available in the apartment (we had to use our headlamp during the night), there was no ventilation on the toilet! the pool smelled rather of mildew than chlorine, the game-room full of nice but wrecked games, PS5 with no games, small cinema with no air-ventilation, yuck! On the other side, the rooms and surroundings were neat, we had a nice secured store-place for our bikes, the breakfast was good and the personnel was really nice. Overall, for that price I would expect no such gaps as above-mentioned...

Test of recommendation

Friend of ours recommended this hotel restaurant. We’ve been here for a late couple lunch.
Modern interior with view on Olšovec pond was realy refreshing. Cuisine here is really fine and tasty.
Mexican soup and boar goulash satisfies my tongue and belly.

Velmi dobře vybavený hotel jak pro jednotlivce, skupiny tak i pro rodiny s dětmi. Výtečná kuchyně a ochotný personál

Příjemná dovolená

Hotel je zaměřen na rodiny s dětmi . Pokoj jsme měli veliký . Jen by potřebovaly lépe uklidit . Co nás velice příjemně překvapilo byla kuchyně ! Opravdu výborně vaří stravováli jsme se na hotelu . Nebylo nic co by nám nechutnalo. Snídaně též výborné! A pan číšník velice milý , pozorný nic nebyl problém !!Za nás jednička s hvězdičkou!
Bazén -viřivka chtělo by to častější čištění .
Poloha hotelu výborná pro výlety . Hotel má překrásný výhled !
