Outstanding service

I would like to give a high recognition to the front desk staff MAKE, who is helping us to deal with payment and Bonvoy points issue with such professional service and lots of patience during our stay.
With all the warm and kind service, my family and I had a very nice experience in Phuket. Thank you all especially MAKE.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is well maintained, good facilities, clean, quiet and great service.
We made use of the gym and pool. The kids club is on the same floor as the gym and pool.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Free car parking is at the back of the property and easy access to the carpark and hotel.

This location is definitely an advantage, Courtyard strengthens and adds a great perception by excellent standards and high level hospitality! Top notch welcoming and service at the very beginning, special attention to guests with kids, special thanks to Jerry and Fakram on the reception line!

A moment that is meaningful to the heart

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I was truly impressed by the staff's genuine dedication to service; even the security guard ran out to hold an umbrella for me during a heavy downpour, and every staff member spoke English fluently, just like a native speaker. The food at the Chinese restaurant was exquisite, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. I was especially touched by Khun Cher, who arranged a surprise by having a small birthday cake placed in my room. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service—and a special thanks to Khun Didi for making delicious coffee and always serving with a bright smile. I will definitely be back.

A hotel ideal for a vacation in central Phuket.

The hotel offers good service, and the breakfast is varied and quite good. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel, and it's close to tourist attractions in the old town.
For those with children, the kidclub has lovely staff, especially Eye and Narn, who play with and take care of the children.
