Nice location

The hotel is placed in nice location by great park and if you like to walk it is perfect from that perspective, very nice and helpful staff in Recepcion, we have the one of the biggest rooms witch is nice and clean with a big bath room , but just some things are missing it is not so nice and komfortable to take a shower in the bath in all ages where you need to knee down to not overflow all bathroom after the taking quite difficult shower you have to climb out from it directly on floor ( no any small towel ) what to put under feet’s ( it is slippery and dangerous!) also the smell in the bath room in beginning was not so good need to clean the pipes that bad smell come not in room !
Breakfast - some one I see in comments stated rich breakfast ! I would not say about this breakfast as rich ! Would say very poor ! But maybe it is the breakfast habit in Ukraine?? because in all hotels we stay the breakfast were not so big and rich . But the rest in hotel was good !
We are visiting many places and Ukraine is a very nice country with very very nice and warm hearted peoples , this country worth to visit and worth to visit different bigger and smaller cities! It is amazing and beautiful!!!

Not clean and not a 4-star hotel, by any stretch of the imagination.

Old TVs, maybe 10-12 years old. Very dirty room, although it was supposed to be a deluxe. Cleaning is simply terrible, a 0/5, not 1/5. They rarely change the towels. The room smelled very stuffy and strange. They never made the bed, not once. They never changed the bed linens or pillow cases, ever. No new soap bar, after staying for 13 days. Very careless cleaning staff: 2 spiders in one bathroom, one was very large, and nobody even bothered to clean those cobwebs and spiders which were very visible, unless you are totally blind. Dirty toilet bowl with stubborn fecal skid marks and stains that are very visible. Gross. No vacuuming . It's just nasty; zero cleaning standards. Honestly, this is one of the dirtiest, if not the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, not by any stretch of the imagination. This is not even a good 3-star hotel. Maybe it is a bad 3-star hotel, or a normal 2-star hotel. But no way is this a 4-star hotel. That said, their restaurant, in the park, is barely "ok" and the location of the restaurant and hotel is strategically good and close to the city center. Overall, I would never recommend this nasty hotel, at all.

Awful hotel, awful room, awful breakfast

I Stopped in Lviv Delice for a night while travelling and honestly I didn't think that in such a glorious city there might be a hotel where at the breakfast the hotel staff help themselves and eat breakfast at the tables together with the visitors - not even waiting until the guests leave (two blondes, the hotel workers obviously talked between themselves quite loud that the guests ate everything and didn’t leave much for staff )
when I approached the so-called "Swedish line", there was one last tea bag in the tea box left ( no lemon at all - guests should have it simple with no extras), two sausages and an empty plate with the remains of cheese. That's all breakfast for you (it was not even 10 am). On the roof, something was buzzing all night (our floor was the top one ) there was heard some sound all night as if a generator was working, the staff obviously couldn’t do much about it :( I guess that was the aircon - they left a note at our desk we shouldn’t touch it as the whole set up will go down
the price however for one night stay in this “posh” place is like in 5-star world standard hotels - you make your own conclusions ...

Look for better deal

Service at the restaurant was horrible. First day I wanted to order some food but it took up to 20minutes to get the menu and then, after next 15 minutes I just gave up. No one approach me. Second day I ordered 2 cogniacs and it took 30to get it to my table. Secondly, breakfast was not tasty at all and pricing at the restaurant is ridiculous, it is cheaper to get Uber over to old Town at there and come back...and in the old Town you get the proper service. You won't get the good night because matress remembers times of USSR. Unless, you love to feel springs under you, you won't enjoy the night.

NO CARDS ACCEPTED!!Terrible restaurant service

Visited restaurant and service was nowhere to be found, brought hot water instead of tea, one menu for three people, music loud and terrible!!! NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED, no ATM NOWHERE close!! It was second and last time we visited this place, sad, ruined great location in park
