Akord Hotel

The location is close to the center and the Staff Stefani and Romeni was very helpful and I really liked it Thank you for taking care of me very polite and caring helpful are really friendly and good character staff very good hotel rooms are clean and tidy

Disappointing and unpleasant experience.

This is a hotel corresponding to 1 star conditions, it uses a third party provider so no one can write a bad review on booking.com or google reviews, therefore all of the reviews on there are fake. Very basic hotel and poor customer service. During my stay, there was no hot water, no heating, no aircon and no wi fi.

Decent

The receptionist was grumpy as anything didn’t seem bothered to help or even check us in. Pillows are thin as paper other than that the rooms good. Location decent. Rooms are cheap. Good size car park.

Terrible experience: bugs, cockroaches and zero empathy

The beds were very soft, but I wish that had been the biggest problem. The worst thing was the bugs and those kinds of cockroaches that were all over the room (I attach photos). We killed 3, and we didn't want to look for more because we were getting sick. Very difficult to fall asleep like this. And everything gets worse when the hotel says that it does not compensate us, that we should settle for a 'sorry'. Since we don't notify reception, they can't do anything... So they can fumigate the room with us inside? To move to another room at 1 in the morning with unpacked suitcases? As if we were to blame. Is incredible.
