Wonderful! We love this hotel. Great location, fantastic staff, lovely pool and terrace and very comfortable rooms!

Unfortunately not as great.....as expected!

Full of anticipation we arrived and were quite disappointed with our room.
It was dark. Carpet flooring got old and dirty. Furniture worn out. Bath was ok. But it should be thoroughly cleaned. Care products were very good.
Breakfast as well. One was warmly welcomed. But the plants have dried up. Not renewed. Dust can be removed in the house. Renew sunbathing areas by the pool . They're gross.
The hotel was certainly once beautiful but it belongs much renovated and renewed.

Dream hotel

This place feels like your own little personal fairytale. Very private and Nestled up in the beautiful Mallorca mountains, this place is an absolute diamond. We came in very early on a 6am flight. We were immediately given a fresh cup of coffee and showed to our already prepared room. The room is luxurious and has plenty of storage, with a large bathroom. We had the balcony room and it was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was AMAZING but even more amazing was Karen, who served us breakfast (and often a delicious lunch by the pool). She made us feel so welcome and cared for. Matthew also made a special effort to make us feel welcome, even looking up where we lived in the States to have conversation about it. My husband and I are well travelled and both agree this night be our favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. We rarely return to locations but we will most certainly be back here. 3 days was nowhere near enough. Soller was very well connected and we had an easy time without a car using buses and taxis to get everywhere. We did get stuck in Fornalux without a cab and had to walk back but it was an adventure haha. All around this place was a 10/10.

The hotel is great, and if lucky you can find a parking place just opposite the hotel. Breakfast is a dream and the staff are superb. Stayed for three nights during El Firo, a Sóller festival held second weekend in May. If you want peace and quiet, avoid this weekend. All restaurants are closed on the Monday that week in Sóller (Port partly open) but L’Avenida opens up the kitchen for dinner this specific evening.

Great small boutique hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this elegant small hotel in the heart of Sóller, just a short walk from the main square. Our room was beautifully furnished, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, and the spacious bathroom and excellent shower were a real bonus.
The staff, especially Matthew, Karen and Monica, were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet and freshly cooked omelettes. A perfect base for exploring Sóller, Port de Sóller and the surrounding mountains.
