Este moderno hotel de estilo asiático, situado a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Mödling, alberga un restaurante asiático y ofrece conexión de wifi gratis. Great hotel
I read through some of the reviews and wanted to share my impressions.
So arrival was really great. Check-in was really pleasant. I arrived about 4pm and staff was very friendly and helpful.
On the room cards is a slightly older sticky note but that should not bother anyone. Room looks great and even if it is now warm in July, with the climate that is super quickly settled and pleasant to sleep in.
Shower, toilet and room in general in very good condition.
I didn't expect much from the balcony. In the ashtray were still some cigarettes butts which leaves something to be desired. But otherwise great location and great restaurant what is included. Breakfast was also always good with enough choice and quality.

Disappointment
I went out to lunch with my family in mid-December at this place. We arrived where the buffet was just opened, but unfortunately all the finished food was inadequately hot, that cannot and must not be. Unfortunately, this happened to us the second time, we were there during the week, also at lunchtime for the buffet opening and the hot dishes were all not nearly warm. Feels like they've been standing for about two hours. I used to praise this in this place so much that the hot food was always very warm. For me, this place is no longer worth visiting, a pity as I liked to be there and often.

Unfriendly and dirty
I recently stayed in the Superior Double Room of the Phoenix 7 and would like to share my impressions.
On the positive side, there were no problems booking an extra night or checking in two hours earlier. This was especially pleasant as we wanted to go to a wedding after arrival and could use the room to get ready.
Unfortunately, however, the stay began with a rather disappointing reception. We weren’t even greeted, and the person at the reception seemed stressed, so we only got to hear a cool “plea”. When we received the room card, we noticed that the old glue on the card was already black at the edges – not a good first impression.
The room itself was fine at first glance. However, it was very heated upon our arrival, and the room smelled intensely of cleaning agent. The bed was comfortable, with fresh, soft linen and a pillow, but the high room temperature meant we had to ventilate all night to get some sleep.
The view was not particularly exciting, but that didn't bother me much as the location of the hotel was crucial for us. However, the windows were so dirty that they were almost opaque, and there was also a lot of dirt in the grooves. The balcony was also disappointing: Broken furniture and scattered cigarette butts left an unwelcome impression.
On closer inspection it turned out that the room was not particularly clean. A large spider web hung over the bed, and we discovered five spiders in the room. In addition, there was dust in almost every corner, and there was also a lot of dirt under the bed. In the closet we found two broken hangers, and the fridge wasn’t clean either – I didn’t want to take a closer look.
The bathroom was modern and directly adjacent to the sleeping area, but again there were shortcomings: The water in the sink drained very slowly from the start, and the light in the shower did not work. In addition, the care products were already used up.
A particularly annoying point was the shower: Because of the non-functioning light and dark tiles, you could hardly see anything. In front of the room, on the balcony, three or four housekeepers stood and smoked. I asked one of them how to turn on the light in the shower. She understood what I was saying, but could not answer in German. She took a picture and sent it to the “boss.” When I asked how long it would take for someone to come, another cleaning lady said it might take ten minutes.
Shortly afterwards, the hotel manager knocked on the door. Unfortunately, he could not solve the problem and wanted to call in a responsible person. When I asked how long this would take, he informed me that this person would not be there before an hour. I mentioned that we wanted to shower urgently, as we were about to leave for a wedding. Then I got a very unkind reply: “They are too early anyway, it is still cleaning time. Just take a shower in the dark.” He laughed and then turned around. I found this reaction extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. There was a feeling of disappointment and anger left, as there was no excuse or accommodation.
Positive was the all-you-can-eat restaurant in the house. The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes. Unfortunately, the clamps used to attach the sauces to the plates were completely dirty and covered with food scraps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, it was convenient not to have to look for another restaurant after a long night, but simply to be able to go to the hotel restaurant.
In summary, the stay was a convenient option especially due to the proximity to the wedding. Many shortcomings I would have accepted, as I was looking forward to the stay. But the unfriendly treatment and lack of professionalism and understanding have significantly clouded the stay. Especially at a price of 288 € for two nights that was simply not acceptable.
I would not recommend this accommodation and will definitely not stay there again.

Absolutely underground!!
Unclean, be it in the shower or the beds.
Pictures speak for themselves!!!
In addition, you might have a problem reading. Sign for do not disturb and please make room is consistently ignored when turning it to make room!!!
That it can still call itself a hotel is questionable!!!

Warning Rip-off feeling
This is what the room looked like
Use cotton swabs in the bathroom, poor to no toilet cleaning, use towels from the previous in the closet, lamps without covers, dirt in bed.
In the breakfast room the dishes and food from the lecture were still everywhere. Breakfast basically not the hit either.
By and large not even recommended as emergency accommodation.
