Family Vication
We stayed at the Element West by Doha hotel with our family for 18 nights, from May 10th to May 18th, 2026. When I first arrived, it was around 7:00 pm. Despite sending messages beforehand and specifying my requests, none of them were fulfilled; they hadn't even read the message I sent two days earlier. We moved to a new room on the evening of the third day and were comfortable. There was an employee named Jay at the reception who immediately fulfilled all our requests. I especially thank Jay for his dedication to his job and hope he gets promoted. The other reception staff, especially the women working during the day, seemed to be doing their jobs reluctantly. I can't forget the looks they gave us every time we went there, wondering what we would ask for. The hotel's breakfast was very good and there were very few people. We also thank the restaurant staff: Betty, Cindy Pravin, Sidik, Adil, Chancy, Nadem, and Shafin. The hotel has a very good location. There's a beautiful mosque right in front and it's very close to the beach. There were some minor issues with the elevators. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a good location; I recommend it.

We chose this hotel to sleep after an all night flight. It was very good and very quiet. the Suite was very nice, but seemed to be unfinished in the sense of so many little things one gets used to, like hangers or hooks to put a wet towel on??.....Many things like this did not make sense.

Hospitality and Great
The hotel and restaurant staffs were hospitable and generous. The breakfast and dinner were tasty and freshly served. It was a great experience to stay with Element hotel and highly recommended.
Specially Ms betty who served us a hot chocolate it was great and very good.
Hope to see them again next visit. Thank you

ELEMENT WEST BAY DOHA
Element West Bay Doha "NEXT HOTEL" This hotel has massive hygienic problems!! That is putting it as kindly and humanely as possible. I don't want to go into too much detail, but these hygienic problems are disgusting and revolting. Shameful and sad for a 5-star hotel managed by Marriott. How it can have such massive hygienic problems. Although discussed clearly with the manager and assured as 100% resolved and never again. Nothing at all, it remained a hygienic problem. Not even in some third-world countries such problems!! For such a sum and according to him I should have had V.I.P. bonus, I noticed nothing and still nothing happened. Very shameful and unacceptable for a 5-star Marriott.

Wonderful Stay For Family of 5
Fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Mr. Jay was very helpful with our check-in and accommodative with our requests. I appreciated that the check-in staff went the extra mile to help us select a room that accommodated our family’s needs.
Breakfast was good and had a wide variety to choose from. Mr. Janga, Mr. Nayem and Ms. Betty were great breakfast hosts and very attentive to our dietary requests.
Kids enjoyed the pool area. Presence of lifeguard gave us peace of mind with kids.
Overall, a great experience. The staff is highly professional and we look forward to returning to this hotel.
