We shall stay here again. So friendly.
A fabulous location opposite Town Hall and Aros; great room 412; and the best and friendliest staff ever....Gustav. Emil. Nicholas, and two women staff whose names I can't pronounce or spell ( sorry), you all made our 4 nights stay in Aahus at your hotel very memorable and welcoming. Thankyou.

Clean and central
We chose this hotel because we wanted somewhere central, but with a car park, to stop for one night on our Danish road trip. We had a few problems finding it as there are many one-way systems, plus there were a lot of roadworks going on, so the satnav kept having to recalculate! Once we thought we were near, I got out and walked to find it to check we were not going to get stuck somewhere (the roads were quite narrow!) To get to reception you have to take an escalator - from the outside the hotel looks a bit like a gym, so I was not sure I was in the right place. The receptionist was very helpful, and explained hotel users get a cheaper rate in the car park but they have to pay through the hotel. She assured me we would get a refund if we couldn't find slot! Anyway, we manoevered the car through the narrow streets, which seemed really full of people waving flags and drinking lager (we later found out the local football team were celebrating winning the league for the firs time on 40 years) plus it was Norwegian National Day so there were lots of people in national dress with bands playing traditional folk songs.
The car park was a bit tight, but we did manage to find a space OK (we were driving a VW Tiguan, glad it was nothing bigger/longer!). The hotel was very clean, carrying the red & black theme throughout (almost obsessively!), which did make it a little dark. Our room overlooked the atrium, so we needed to keep the net curtains closed and to rely on the A/C for ventilation.
Breakfast next morning was OK, but note they also might have things laid out for business meetings, so make sure you go to the bar area. Only problem was the water ran out for tea (it was in thermos jugs, not an urn) and we had a long wait for it to be refilled. They really need more staff to keep things filled up as the juice also ran out and other items had just one sad example left as everyone wanted to wait for a fresh supply!
If you need something clean and comfortable for a night or two then this is a good hotel in a central location.

Beautiful.
We had a good time, but I must say that $50 for an underground parking space is really too much!

Of course compared to Italy, prices in Denmark do look expensive, however, this is the best rate we can offer for 24 hour parking.

Great hotel, great location
We stayed at the hotel fot two nights this week. The location is excellent - right next to the ARoS Museum and within walking distance of the pedestrian shopping street the rain station, and the canal
The hotel has a fresh and distinctive design. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious. Every member of the staff, without exception, was friendly, welcoming, and went out ot their way to help.
In short, it's an easy choice when you are visiting Aarhus.

Good for sightseeing with a dog
The hotel is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone near the town hall. Arrival and departure are a bit difficult (since there is no parking zone in front of it) if you do not use the parking garage, which the AI says is quite winding. Underground parking is very expensive, even with the Radisson discount. Rooms are very nice, the bathroom is great. The hotel is considered dog-friendly and is also really well-suited for city visits with a dog. The town hall park opposite is perfect for a dog walk. The breakfast is good, but not as varied when it comes to cold cuts and cheese. Egg dishes, bacon etc., muesli, juices, on the other hand, are all very good there.
