The hotel was far away from the city center, but there was busses passing by frequently. Staff was not there from levening (20:00) to the morning (08:00). So as long as all the guest show respect to eachother its a good hotel. Overall the hotel was ok.

The good points are pool wash perfect and the sauna’s nice but
Unfortunately
1. Spa centar wash separate from hotel so after spa I need to walk out side in the snow and -20 digress to my room aroun 50 meters ,now after that off ofcorse I’m sick now.
2.spa open from 13:00
3.not enough clean room

I don't recommend it, the price is totally unreasonable!
Stayed for two nights in this hotel, very stale air a room, smell of mold and humidity straight up the nose, mattresses very old, hard, beds will bond, after an hour in the room noticed a wet spot on the carpet near the bathroom, in the morning this spot became three times bigger, and a very strong smell of mold appeared, in the evening contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to move into the last available room, we agreed of course because there was no smell of any, but it turned out that the second room had no air conditioning, because of this had to choose between spirit and a lot of mosquitoes

Extremely harsh experience

Put one star, because there was no option of zero. Booked by phone a room with aircon (outside was +32 that day), arrived at 17, room was still not ready, so, left my luggage and went for a dinner. Upon coming back I was offered another toom without conditioner. I asked for a proper room or to deliver me to another hotel, as it was quite late and it was difficult to find an alternative for me. Than a guard (!!!) appeared telling me that I didn't ask a room with air-conditioning, persuading me, I didnt speak with a proper person etc, I asked to contact a manager on duty - was refused. Thanks, they gave me back my money, but, in my opinion, it's not a fair game to change the prepaid room or announcing incorrect information (if they dont have aircon at all) and then telling a gorilla to explain me their fault.

Extreme unprofessionalism

Our reservation was cancelled without any message to us. Somewhat inconvenient to not know where to sleep after such unprofessionalism. Do not understand how anyone can operate like this. Please avoid this place unless you want to end up sleeping on the street.
