Our stay was pretty pleasant. Cleanliness was superb. All the staff were friendly. Benson really helped us well with everything during our stay.

Very good value for money, convenient location
My wife and I were staying 5 days in Singapore and wanted good value for money and convenient location, and V Hotel Bencoolen was perfect. Being only metres away from the MRT station turned out better than anticipated. Easy access to small local restaurants was handy, especially the Toast Box for Singapore toast breakfast. The services and facilities were just what we needed, and the pool was very nice on a hot sticky day. I cannot fault the staff, they were super attentive and we were very well treated by Kelli when we had a flight scheduling challenge, and also when we'd forgotten our Singapore electric plug converter. Recommended!

Its great. The location is near everywhere. The room is too small :(

We had a wonderful stay here and Lipsek on reception made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We had everything we needed and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much for making our stay a very happy, comfortable and enjoyable one. We left with a very good impression of Singapore and it's lovely, helpful people.
